Biography
Miguel Valcarcel's paintings have been inspired by the warm hues of his native homeland, Perú. Having grown up in the capital of Lima, Miguel carries with him the indigenous influences and climate of the Southern Hemisphere. His oil paintings and watercolors evoke this Southern flavor with a unique portrayal of form, light and color. A harmonious blend of pigments captures the rare essence of this painter's unique talent.
